Meet the Designer
Outside of work, she is both an artist and graphic designer. She loves creating digital abstract art as a way to express her thoughts and feelings. Ashley also enjoys graphic design especially through freelance projects where she’s worked on things from branding suites to merch design.
Ashley is very passionate in using her platform to amplify the voices of underrepresented communities through creativity, mentorship + various multimedia avenues in hopes to make the creative industry more diverse and accessible to all.
Ashley Bozeman is a multi-dimensional creative who has a background in comprehensive and traditional art. By day, she is a full-time Art Director at The Martin Agency, an advertising agency based in Richmond, Virginia where is the first Black woman to be hired in the history of the company’s creative department. In her two and half years at Martin, she has touched brands like Geico, DoorDash, Old Navy and Oreo.
Prior to joining Martin, she graduated from The Creative Circus with a certificate in Art Direction and Graphic Design. Before that, she received her bachelor’s degree in Public Relations from Hampton University.
